Agreement

By using Refundable Tickets, you agree to these terms. Refundable Tickets provides a service to secure refundable flight reservations and related documentation for visa, onward-travel, and similar proof-of-travel needs.

Service description

Unless stated otherwise at checkout, you are purchasing our handling service and a refundable airline reservation, not a guaranteed seat for travel. We cancel bookings within applicable airline refundable periods as part of the service.

Your responsibilities

You must provide accurate passenger and itinerary information. You are responsible for confirming that the documentation meets your embassy, employer, or carrier requirements.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Charges are shown before you complete checkout. Fees are generally non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy or required by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Refundable Tickets is not liable for visa outcomes, embassy decisions, airline policy changes, or indirect damages arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
