Service fee
Refundable Tickets charges a flat service fee per passenger at checkout. Unless required by law or stated in writing by our support team, service fees are not refundable once work on your reservation has begun.
Airline refundable fares
We book refundable airline inventory where available. We cancel within the airline refundable window as part of our service. Airline refunds, if any, are subject to carrier rules and may take several business days to appear on your statement.
Typical timing
Many carriers allow free or low-cost cancellation within 24 to 48 hours of booking, but policies vary by airline and fare class. We monitor applicable windows but cannot guarantee a specific refund amount from the airline.
Failed or duplicate bookings
If we cannot complete your reservation or duplicate a charge in error, contact support promptly. We will investigate and refund eligible amounts through Stripe when appropriate.
